Hey guys, I basically am looking for two things. 1) Looking to convert my USD to a foreign currency. 2) Looking to trade options on foreign stock index futures. IB offers this but am having doubts about them. Any other options out there?

bw, I looked into opening a brokerage acct in Brazil 2-3 years ago but was told I needed bank account in Brasil, and have some # from Brasil IRS, etc, etc. So, I needed to open a Brasil bank acct, then have... - RNE - Registro Nacional de Estrangeiros - CPF - Cadastro de Pessoas FÃsicas What sort of roadblocks are there now, or have they been removed for foreigners?
