i need some advice. i am interviewing over the phone with a leading institutional sales, research and market making firm active in financial markets for an assistant trader internship. basically, interns work their entire day alongside of traders, performing tasks which directly impact trading activities. what type of questions should i expect in a 30 minute phone interview? anything in particular i should stress about myself? any help is appreciated...
Strike a balance between being a total robot and one who's passionate about trading. It's tough... Remember, they are hiring you to be a robot for the short-term while also looking for someone who wants to be developed, potentially. Figure out how to strike that balance and then pitch it.
