anybody heard of the 'INTERMARKET MARKET' ? it appears to be some b.s. market where promoters can cross a board lot of shares anywhere they want in order to alter the day's trading range. for instance, a few days ago TXN (NEW YORK) had a huge gap to cover; 2000 shares traded at 25.70, thereby closing the gap - the first sale in the rest of the Composite was 27.20 (day low 27.19) ! is this manipulation or what? today the Composite high for TXN has been 29.73 - but only on the 'intermarket market' ; everywhere else the high has been 29.23! where can I find and track this bogus operation? rodden
