We've got multiple computers here login into IB, each with their individual accounts. One of the connections just keep stalling (showing purple grid every 5 to 10 mins and stay that way for 5 to 10 mins). Thus that particular account cannot place orders reliably while the other ones in the same network can. Last week, it was a different account on another computer that had this problem. Anyone know why? Maybe some form of workaround?
