I saw the same thing in CCMP few days ago and i executed against it and got filled . So i thought whao!!! i will just do it again , nope not a chance . The minute i got filled , everything went back to normal and didn't occur again the whole day.
I have seen stuck quotes in REalticks L2 montage many times....but every time I see them, the level one quote in the multiquote box above the L2 maintains the correct quote. It appears it did this time as well since it lists the inside market as being 26.52 by 26.65 rather than the crazy low offer listed by Inca and Island.
