When one writes an article like that which uses share price to compare relative size of 2 companies without once mentioning market cap it tells me they don't have the first clue on the subject. Then picking some completely arbitrary and meaningless metric (one has six clinics, the other has none!) without mentioning sales or revenue or profit or any other metric one normally uses to evaluate a company, pretty much cements the initial impression. Not to mention the entire premise that a company would want to stay under the radar with a low share price and act like a small company before they jumped from OTC makes no sense from the perspective of anyone who has run a business. Sure, my goal is to give away all my equity for a very low price, then jump to being a listed company with no IPO proceeds....right.
