I developed a high frequency currency strategy based on data purchased from Olsen Associates. It works off of the price discovery process inherent in a market with multiple participants. The Olsen data was collected from about a dozen banks and I have strong evidence to suggest that the strategy would be very profitable on a Reuters or EBS platform. Up to this time I have not found a retail platform that meets my needs and would like to partner with a bank to begin trading this system.
