keep getting 'cannot connect to HMDS server'

i tried that, but it needs interactivebrokers as a feed, so i still have the same issue

 

solved via customer chat, by going into java from control pannel of windows, and deleting old java files

 

I, too, have IB, but how do you get ES and YM charts on quotetracker? What are the symbols?
