interactivebrokers for a Swiss no-profit organization

    Hi all,
    one of my friend is working in a Swiss non-profit organization and is considering to use IB instead of the local bank for the accounts of the organization.
    He is asking me about taxes but I do not know exactly how it works.
    I believe that IB has a local office in Switzerland so everything should be "national". Am i correct?

    why should it be any different than going through a local bank.
    shouldn't the accountant for organization answer the question?

    IB is in US if I understood correctly.

    Non profit organization in Switzerland do not have to pay taxes for income as long as they reinvest what they earn in the organization.
