Interactivebroker (IB) spreads

I am looking to open an account with IB's ideal pro and was wondering what the typical spread for the EUR/GBP pair is. Is it 0-1 pip like currenex or worse. Thank you

sometimes it reaches minus 2 pips (but only when you have more than 20 posts on ET)

 

I tried writing a system that trades on negative spreads on IB's smart routing system.... did'nt work

 

does it really reach -2 or were you being a smartass?

no im serious, on currenex there are times when there are -1 pip spreads that last for a second or 2 which you can pick up if you are quick.
