This issue: "If you have *multiple* working orders on the new exchange routed intercommodity spreads (RB.CL or HO.CL) and you disconnect/reconnect TWS, only one of those orders will reappear in pending upon reconnecting." is already fixed in TWS 927.
Some minor login problems in the last few days. According to the status messages in the TWS login window, login often fails on first and second try, but most of the time login can then be completed on the third try. Today, I couldn't login at all for a short time. Then I tried it on my notebook, where it worked on the 3rd try or so. After that, I tried it again on my desktop system, were it worked immediately. TWS is 922.6 on OS X. Maybe this is related to using an older version of TWS? However, I'm usually only making changes to my system on weekends, this includes software updates.
Our network load-balancer vendor has identified the problem as a bug in their network OS software; we will restart the two redundant load-balancer overnight tonight to clear out the bug (we expect this to not cause any disconnects as the balancers will be restarted one by one). The issue affected users using SSL and connecting to our main US datacenter.
IB - Any orders placed in the energy-related intercommodity spreads (RB.CL & HO.CL) are coming back rejected with message: "Invalid inter-commodity spread order" Using TWS 928
IB - I noticed IB intraday chart produced many incorrect bars yesterday, and today it is still not correct, could you check the attached comparison and let me know when you will fix this? Thanks
