Does anyone know if Interactive Brokers offers any sort of training????
You are kidding right ?
Actually I am not...but I can tell you that I am new to the business and am trying to learn as much as I can. I will assume your answer is no.
No they don't offer training.
I don't know how new you are to trading but www.investopedia.com is a good place to start.
If you have any other questions try using the Search function for this forum, it's pretty handy.
If you look at the "University of IB" menu on their website, you'll find a lot of useful stuff, incluing "interactive tours" of TWS.
Thanks for the help. I guess I did not realize that IB was strictly retail.
check out cme.com and cbot.com.... There are a bunch of webinars there that are an interesting batch to process...
What type of training are you looking for? If for the TWS there are a number of resources on the web site. As Alan also mentioned, we offer weekly webinars which cover all sorts of specific areas of the TWS. There is also a history of past webinars which you can find here:
the upcoming ones are here:
Thanks I will check it out!
