I've been a IB customer for over 10 years and never had a problem. Found a mistake on my tax form and filled out a ticket 2 weeks ago. No response on my ticket and it is still marked as new. What is the point of support tickets if there is no response at 2 weeks? I called today at 1pm PST and listened to music for 1 hour on hold. It finally gets through to ringing with no one answering. How do you guys reach support? IB, please answer the ticket system or hire more people to answer phone. Thanks.
