Interactive Brokers only has delayed equity quotes?

    Set up the Paper Trading account. (Account Management\Trading Access\Paper Trading) Use it first. It works almost identically to the regular account (if you set it up as an advisor F&F) so you can see what happens. The main difference is that the order execution is not real and is based on IB's simulator.

    Be aware that if you set up the Paper Trader on a one machine and are also logged in to your regular account on a second machine the quotes to your primary account will be inaccurate or missing. If you log into both from the same machine the quotes will be accurate in both accounts.
