Interactive Brokers not answering telephones

I could not get anyone on the phone for at least a few hours. Incredible.

 

Have you tried calling their Hong Kong office? They are very good.

Unless it is a pressing trade issue, most of the problems and inquiries can be handled through the Message or Chat system in the Account Management.

 

Average answer speed in the last few hours is under 10 seconds.
