How accurate and specific does the information have to be, or is it just for information purposes and they don't actually do any formal verification? Of course not. It is a "covering my ass" type of lawyerspeak, just in case you go bankrupt by trading and get an idea of suing them for providing a platform for doing it.. They can always protect themselves that you lied (if you did) on the application....
