I think all traders could benefit from having this additional functionality in IB. If you vote on http://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=2493&sid=8326 that could expedite this request!
it would be nice to see the subpenny orders instead of them rounding it in in the T&S window, so you can see why your order isn't getting filled.
