hi can some of you who have Interactive brokers do a quick test and post here the result. Their email alert has not been working since 4th November 2008. I was using it and it is working on monday but on tuesday I only get the alert on my screen but not email. I spoke to the technical person thru the chat and send them email but to no valid. And there are not helpful at all, especially on the chat 1 of them told me he have no time to test it for me now and I have been waiting for 20 mins for 1 reply. I give up. If anyone of you have a IB account, would appreciate if you could do a simple test for me, thank you
