Hi all, Iâve got account at IB. I hold Eurodollar position (calendar spread combo). Few hours ago I found that my margin had increased greatly. Something has happened over weekend about margin. It seems like there isnât any margin reduction for spread at all. Does anyone know something about it? Because Iâve check CME website and IB website and found nothing. Thanks.
Run a margin report in IB account management on the web and you will probably see why in the form of a special surcharge. I think I can guess but better you run the report.
