The larger your account, the higher priority your complaints will be at IB. Instead of begging others to help you, increase your account funding enough that IB takes you seriously.
Perhaps your missing some specific exchange data? Never used IB myself but looks like they break down most their feeds to specific exchanges or bundles of exchanges.
not missing anything, they are aware of the problem, it's been checked and confirmed by them, they just "don't find the time" to fix it
I agree with tommcginnis. Please can you explain how are you using the individual option chart . I am also an option trader and I am not using this chart at all. New ideas arw good.
