For TWS, try reinstalling Java from http://java.com/en/download/ . The PDF download of the 1099 did work ok for me in Chrome via Save As (also change file type to all ALL and use file name ending in .pdf) but admittedly I am running Chrome Developer Build (which has a huge advantage because you can block flash by default on all web pages now). I have seen the problem of a corrupted pdf save from the built in Chrome pdf viewer on earlier versions. As sprstpd says, on those versions you can disable the built-on pdf viewer. It should also offer to open Acrobat Reader at the top of the page.
eureka!!! I can now view it on chrome. But I couldn't find a command to print it, so I printed it on wordpad (cut and paste) and it looks nothing like the form. Is there a command on IB that I missed. Regards and thanks for all the help. You guys are great!!!!! peter daniels
My face is as red as a beet and boy am I embarrassed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got it!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks once again and greatests regards.
If you are viewing it in Chrome and you are viewing it in the default pdf viewer, move your mouse to the lower right corner of the screen and a toolbar should pop up with stuff you can do with the pdf.
