Intelligent design and extinctions

  1. And the schizo has her faith. Does she have problem? Are you telling her she is wrong to listen to those 'voices'? well??

  2. I would not tell anyone they are wrong to think what they want, to believe what they want, as long as they didn't try to harm others on that basis.

So you have your faith, which is by your own admission a product of a limited set of tools, to believe in a limited set of tools. It is self confirming.

Now, that's completely infallibly circular in its nature of course, and that's perfectly fine by me if you or anyone else want to have faith in that.

  4. LS, it doesn't take much for you to feel "at the top of your game."

Since you are at the "top of your game" a simple question will be easy for you to answer and not avoid:

    1. What is the physical size of a negative number?

No, not the symbol for a negative number which only represents the concept of a negative number, but the actual negative number itself...

  5. It is based on my definition of intelligence, as explained in my previous message.

We should look at this thread as two separable questions.

    1. Is there any design under evidence of mass extinctions?

    2. If the answer is positive, is the design intelligent?

My definition of "intelligence" provides an answer for the 2nd question. The natural evolution process is intelligent.

Is the natural evolution a design? This is a big question. Is there only one designer? Is it a team work?

If it is a team work, will it provide some light on the chaos observed in this world?

  6. "Beliefs" and "faith" based on nothing other than fanciful notions are just a drug-free form of self-medication. Whatever works, eh?

  7. It's like both. The designer divides itself into legion. There is agreement on who's who, what's what, who does what...

As it becomes legion, teams form which pit themselves against other teams. But because of thier common origin, there is still an agreement. I will call this agreement, the 'old testament'. It is love upside down, reversed, hidden, masked. Its...chaos!

The means is attack. The goal is to make madness real. Attack is the most ancient, most sacred method of making the designers design real and permanent. This requires that agreement be hidden. Hence, the breaking of the mind into various levels of sub awareness.

The new agreement exposes the old for what it is, and breaks the agreements to harm and hurt.

  9. In hypnosis, a vividly imagined fantasy can appear real. I think religion is a form of waking hypnosis.

  10. Some say that thinking this world can provide real happiness is a waking form of self hypnosis...
