Intel must respond

    The TPC-C benchmark is the granddaddy for database system tests.

    The link below filters by the number of processors and sorts by performance. At four processors the tests are dominated by Xeon systems, but once you go above 4 the list gets taken over by IBM Power, Itanium and PA-RISC architectures.

    BTW, didn't see much in the way of AMD systems...

  2. Intel sucks, a monopoly company gone bad.
    You wouldn't find this from main stream media, only from more professional tech media, such as IEEE. For years, Intel has supported WiFi (802.11) which inherently insecure. Recently, Intel has shifted its policy and support WAPI which was invented by a consortium from China.
