    Gap and crap today. $0.65 lower than where it opened. Might get some buying come in tomorrow - few other Naz BigCaps too (AAPL, NFLX, MSFT & GOOGL). Though doubt it will be sustainable.

    Exactly;
    but many have been buying MSFT / soxl/ SMH AAPL so much more.
    And much more YTD;
    and SMH, MSFT,AAPL aoVe 50dma.
    Even worse when INTC cant even beat SMH, or qqq:D:D

    I only mean that in the sense that Threadripper could have buried INTC on the high end completely. AMD is still doing great but when 32 core Threadripper came out in 2018 the lead they had over INTC was so massive. I had just been waiting for the price to come down from the MSRP of $1799. Right now though I can buy that processor on Newegg 5 years later for $2,798 add to cart.

    Intel 24 core i9 Raptor Lake is $579. Ryzen 9 16 core is $598.

    The insane 64 core Threadripper is $7,429 add to cart. They have just not been able to scale up Threadripper at all, they are always massively short supply.

    This is all where I think the value is in INTC as the gap has pretty much been closed. I am just not real keen on the sector at the moment but INTC is on my value watch list for sure.

    I'll wait for 12-15. I don't think for 1 second that China is bluffing.

    Anecdotal.

    Anyway price is all that ever really matters, and why funnymentals are always secondary in my book.

    AMD v INTC with Spread Ratio at bottom of the chart clearly showing which one the market prefers (rising level means AMD outperforming INTC):-

    Fundamentals win in the end;
    + that's why INTC is a laggert+ other semi stocks are leaders.
    Plenty of time those leaders also show up on charts/ and YTD .........................................
    Good volume on INTC.:caution::caution:
