I think you're misinformed or misunderstanding... Features FeaturesIndustry Leading Technology - Intel 25nm compute NAND - Lowest $/GB for an Intel SSD - Standard Form Factor for Desktops and Notebooks - Standard SATA interface for Desktops and Notebooks
320 had a bug but it's been fixed. Intel SSD are head and shoulders above the rest in terms of reliability. For example Newegg's reviews of Intel are much more positive than any other SSD brand. Another brand that might be as good as intel is crucial since both use the same fabs. I also recommend Samsung since they are used by Apple and have a good track record as well.

Thoughts on these 2 SSDs that are on sale at Newegg compared to the Intel one in this thread: OCZ 120GB: Regular $299, on sale for $169 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227706 Kingston 120GB: Regular $299, on sale for $159 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820139601
Check the mobo specs to see if it supports SATA III. (T3500 does not. However, you can get a PCIEx1 or x4 add-on card to pick up that function if desired.)
