Why? Because of those stupid Bah bum bah BUM! commercials? Or do you work for Intel, maybe on the executive board, and have insider info?

Many newbies will be excited to buy INTC.

    Your future doesn't look bright.
You did not explain why you bought INTC.
You just wrote one miserable word only in your first post.
You should have written a few hundred words to justify your action.
    Very bad start mister.

    Your first post is condemned.
Go take trading seriously, and work on it very hard.
Suggest you create another new nick.
and do a better job next time.

It will take years (or perhaps never) for INTC to be on the uptrend again.

Last 2 bubble crashes ended around 12. It will be like...

  5. I probably should have mentioned...
For myself, the time horizon is years.
I don't know what it will do 2 months from now.
Long term, people need things like FPGAs and processors and Intel is in a strong position to still be around 10 years from now.

I think your projection should be, can Intel grow by multiples in 10 years. Otherwise, it could sit at today's value for a long time.
Intel isn't about to go out of business, but it doesn't come across as innovative as it gives up or can't compete with smaller, more dynamic competitors. It doesn't mean it can't wake up from its business as usual mantra should it shake up its leadership though.

    Will it break 25?

Even if it breaks 25, it wouldn't go down much.
The downtrend started a few months ago.

    hmmm.

It has been on a downtrend for 2 years.

And there is zero indication it is on an uptrend.

  10. Even though I have a long-term perspective in mind, so far $24 has held since October 22. I am just trying to get in as low as possible. It's a great company.
