Institutions are waiting to see who gets elected before changing their strategy?

  1. A friend at a large mutual fund told me that they are basically on hold now.

Overall they are buying stocks, but only below certain (quite low) valuation levels.

They are waiting to see who gets elected?

    This makes some sense.
Large Institutions take months to buy or sell, so a 2 months wait, is nothing for them.
