instant market and limit order in IB

I need some help trying to figure this out in IB.

I would like to place an order in IB where I can execute a market order and then a limit order to close out that position by X amount of points.... all in 1 click


how do I go about doing this?

Define a hot key or hot mouse click to send a market order with an attached target limit order.

 

but how do you define a limit order based on ticks instead of an exact price?
