Don't be a bunch of pussies about it. There is no personal info culled from the form. The broker thing is more of a survey than anything. If it scares you to fill it out, then just use one of your many throw-away email accounts. We all have them. If you think it is useless, then just move along. BTW, if you see who is behind this, then it will probably be a sales pitch somewhere down the road for one of his trade calling systems, so it will probably amount to a whole lot of nothing.
Obviously you people are interested, even when you say you are not. Otherwise this thread won't come to 12 pages and still growing.
I still don't understand why so many people here continue to use the default settings for the threads which only display 5 posts/page.
If you go to the signup page now there is no question asking for your broker now? Did they change it? I don't see how protecting personal info is being a pussy. I'm not trying to start a fight just saying that I need a good reason to give out this info and a chance to be sold an expensive trading system that isn't worth dog shit under my shoe on a hot day isn't a good reason. I agree we should use throw away emails for sign ups. I was talking re other info that no longer seem to ask for.
Didn't like it. 'I trade size' is the real deal, this is just a piece of marketing spin made by salesmen and pony-tailed advertising people, like something surf would put out Bare-bones truth and realness beats super-slick bullshit every time.
Really? So your first instinct on seeing some marketing spiel is that "trying to do some good" is the most likely motivation? As opposed to "trying to make as much money as possible, probably scamming in some form, and then doing a runner when it all goes tits up"? Your pattern-recognition abilities may need some tweaking.
One of the main truths in this video that we are a bit different from the rest, it is hard to say if in a good or a bad way. How else one would describe our passion or stubbornest, since it takes a lot of time and efforts to become profitable. It also takes a lot of time and effort to become MD for example, but the psychological drain is a lot different. I very clearly remember having weeks after weeks of being in red, and besides not giving up also having normal attitude, in order for losses not to affect my family and friends. There is a big probability that this will turn out to be a flop, but hey you never know.
