Congress has been insider trading for a long time. 60 minutes did a special on it. Of course, the politicians came out with a law exempting them from disclosing their financial holdings on companies with business before them? That is why US politicians in Congress are there 30-40 years or till they die. Cummings and McCain were still working in Congress till their last days. Let that sink in. Money has to be extra good.
