This is a documentary movie on US housing bubble 2008.

But I brought Inside Job (2010) post into this forum because It explains clearly what happened
on 2008. I believe that have a clear idea of a Market Crash, will help you to identify the Market behavior

Yep! a great movie.
I meant Inside job movie explains the scenario as a Documentary.

 

The silver lining for some of us: It was a once in a lifetime chance to buy houses for cheap, with historical low mortgages to boot.
