I know this, 2 years ago in march he called the top of the realestate market, he said when the fed starts raising rates we would be in a housing recession in 18 months

hov was at 72.00 then and its at 18.00 now and centex ceo dumped all his shares, not a bad short and hold

Trading? Not even close....

 

this is a fund of funds, not a hedge fund. he is going to allocate money to the big names and collect his 1/10 or whatever he is charging.

 

yeah that is what I was implying, he is passing the buck and collecting a fee. Nice way to make money and claim you run a fund.
