I have been searching for a prop job.(futures). Seems to be two kinds of organizations. One that generates commission through frequent trades, and trading is not much of an issue. And the old school(my kind), profits are from actuall trading. Studying the markets, and years of face time looking at a screen. Is anyone looking for an experienced trader, or the young guns they can mould to their style? Feed back is welcome. seadog
