The Japanese are advertising a huge JGB purchase for Friday (overnight for US). Everything that happens today is just positioning. What happens tomorrow after the event will be much more informative.

I took a free add on my GBP position at 1.525 Held Bid (edit) before the US open in anticipation of JPY 102 Failed Bid (edit). Now if JPY 102 Held Offer (edit) then careful with long stock and short bond.
