I inherited stock certificates from a company my father helped take public in the early 1980's. The company is no longer public, I checked cusip#, edgar filings, every internet search possible, and cannot find anything except 80's info until the company was removed from exchange. I do know the shell was bought by someone else, any idea on how to find out how? When the company was purchased would they have liquidated the outstanding shares making these worthless?
