Thanks, Doctor... Apart from other points I might find questionable here, can you pls refine the point you're making? Do you propose an index that consists of electricity and tuition costs only? Or are you suggesting that BLS should raise the weights of electricity and education in the basket? Or are you suggesting that BLS data doesn't reflect reality? For example, for electricity prices, BLS shows arnd 50% increase between 2000 and 2010; for the full education component, not just tuition, BLS shows a rise of arnd 22% between 2000 and 2010. Are these the actual numbers you're disputing?
