Seeking PERFECTION 1) -5 I should not take personal phone calls during trading hours. I shall not waste time browsing online. Ignore the less revenue generating areas and focus on the only and only thing that matters. I didn't summarize the day's activities. I didn't prepare in advance for the next market session. I must focus on the market, completely and fully. I cannot waste time on the phone or browsing online. I must execute on the task at hand. I must prepare for the next session in advance. 2) -3 I wasn't early. I was late to my setup. I had to leave early for prior commitments. I must be early in the office. I must setup and ready to go way before the opening hours. I must grind it out, no time for outside commitments. I must focus on the sole goal, the one and only one goal.

I'm curious, I just briefly read through this journal. I see in May of last year you were up 7% and said you were going to start getting into cash before the end of June. Had you followed this hypothesis you would have done brilliantly and looked like the smartest guy in the room. What made you change your mind?
To DREAM Everything in life begins with a dream. A simple, innocent, something not so foreboding, something innocuous. You must dream great dreams. You must dream proudly, and boldly. But, dreaming is just not enough though, there is a second part to the equation. We'll save that for later.
