Individuals can't invest in hedges or shorts?

  1. US citizens, that are NOT accredited investors, can't invest in financial institutions that hedge (sell before corrections) or short sell? Right?

Full service Stockbrokers (those who provide investment advice) can't offer them to short, either?

  2. Which are the financial institutions that sell before a correction?

Most usually sell during or *after* a correction.:p

I believe you mean hedge funds. You do need to be accredited to invest in them because they are highly speculative.

  4. cr, you seriously need to learn English. You're mixing up 2 different issues.

I'm not mocking on you. Legal issues are very important to trading as a business.
