indirect NYSE data vendors offering imbalance Data Feeds

do you know if the $300 was for seeing realtime imbalance info?

Also do you know if there were a group of traders who wanted the feed if it would still be $300 a head? I guess I can just ask them about this but was wondering if you knew.

 

i'm pretty sure $300 realtime. Not sure if they had a group rate

 

Does anyone know where I can get a real time data feed for 2pm market on close order imbalances?
