I gotta say, as a Chicagoan, every time I look at the price of real estate in South Bend, Bloomington or other areas, I feel the urge to move down there. It's clear Indiana has avoided much of the bubble and the cost of living is still very reasonable.
Yes, one of the reasons we moved out of FL, amazing what you can buy here for half the price, of course the weathers a little different !! A happy New year to all. Andy
