My orders does not go through again. What is it, third time in three weeks!! They used to have these type of problems a few years back, but obviously they are getting them again.

I was bullish for this week, and while we are more than 1.5% up, it has not been the type of week I had expected. Now people are getting comfie again, and we have not had that thorough flushout that really scares people. I am starting to think that we will go down again, in a take-no-prisoners downdraft to somewhere around 1020ish. That would scare the living daylights out of people, and make it possible for some more steady gains in the weeka thereafter. We are at a sort of cross roads still and the market might continue up and negate this scenario, but it will not take much to get the downswing going, and as I am short, I am hoping it will start today.

Holding short position. Market closed at 1056.25 (High 1057, Low 1049), for a loss of 3.25 points for the day. The week was profitable at +9.25 points.

Seems I was too early in taking my short stance and now I am 5 points in the hole for the day for it. But this seems to me a rubber band situation and while I was early in I would make things worse by being early to get out, at least that is what my analysis tells me right now. So I staying a bit more.

Market closed at 1056 for a profit of 0.25 points on the day. So I was a day early it seems but I don't think anything has changed and my analysis still says that we might see some more downside, so I am keeping my position over night.

I missed a good opportunity to take home some profit this morning when it dipped to 1051.75. Currently trading at 1056.5 - but there is still no change to my analysis and we should see some more weakness before we move on up in earnest. But at the same time we are closing in on FED meeting amd The DOW is so close to all time highs that one can easily see some engineering to get it there and that could propel us up too in no time. Will look to take profits today if I get another chance.

Naa, this here position is not quite working out and time is running, so I bot it back at 1053.75, for a profit of 2.25 points for the day. Standing back to reanalyse...

Futures market settled in at 1056, so it was good I bot back before. High was 1058 and low was 1051.75. Am becoming more interested in buying this market on any weakness now. And the Dow is just about one percent from an all time high. I would not bet against it getting there with a lot of bells going off in the media, before there is any good pullback there.
