Hi, I have come to the conclusion that the recruiting process of a company will have sooner or later big impact on it value. Is there an indice or a way to get exposition to that ? How could a firm get the best people ? University linkage, percentage of the employees with bachelor, way of entering the company... Is there someone out there compleing this kind of data ?
