This looks likes a classic waning volume down move. The prior leg down occurred on increasing volume. A retrace then occurred (price attempted to go higher follwing the down leg) and the following attempts to sell off lower show increasing volume BUT not so much as compared to the volume of the prior leg down. The first part of the trend, down volume was increasing, the next attempt it was 'waning'. Proceed short with much caution in these situations. If volume picks back up and is increasing again, look for signals to sell the next retrace.
