Apparently, our enemies are starting to "chatter" more -- which has led the United States to move to code Orange. This is only one level away from RED, which is severe. At some point, we may get to orangish red -- I'm not sure. However, they may even add some yellow to come up with a nice blend of colors. Seriously -- what's going on? Don't we have any arab translaters working for the government to translate this chatter?
