Is there a income threshold for trading the emini indexes that bumps a person into the dealer or professional trader status which requires payment of social security taxes? This question is for income only. I understand your automatically considered a dealer, no matter the income, if you purchase or lease a seat on an exchange.

  4. According to what I read from Robert Green no income level, you just need to do three trades a day to be considered a business.
