A massive pro-Trump caravan drove through the city as counterprotesters gathered for the 95th consecutive day to voice anger over police brutality and racial injustice. The two groups quickly clashed in tense confrontations that escalated into violence. "We have a First Amendment in the country," Pappas told the news site. "And for whatever reason, there seems to be this opposition that thinks we can't do that. They have been attacking us for years. Really for decades in the grand scheme of things but very heavily in Portland." Right, so we have nothing from @gwb-trading to back up his assertion "all the news media reports that one bullet hit a bear mace can that was on the victims body" I loaded the video on my deck, converted to uncompressed etc. and did my best to reconcile the two sources using what I know. It comes down to fractions of a second difference in timing and video/audio artifacts etc. When one syncs the video and audio to eliminate the travel time of the sound, the chain of events appears different to the 1/16th video. Without the original footage from both sources and the devices to examine AV lag, compression artifacts, noise cancellation algo peculiarities, keyframe settings and whole bunch more, my read is audios (using both recordings) and visual back up a release of gas before the gunshot. Its just what it seems to me, its possible just seems unlikely the bullet penetrated the canister in such a way it began to vent and then explosively failed, just I lean toward it was spraying and got shot as its mechanically more likely to me. We need the full analysis and hopefully some security footage. In the meantime.
Yes... yet it was your earlier post which stated 'a bullet struck the "bear mace can, the other hits him in the chest"' Can you show me a single video frame frozen that shows the victim with anything in his hand. Just looking for one frame. If you have all of this advanced equipment it should be easy enough to find just one frame showing the guy with an object in his hand.
