I'm having trouble buying extra data for my phone out at our farm cottage, some glitch with the phone company so need to save data but if that turns out to be surströmming kills covid-19, I'll choose death. I just repaired a record player I found and realised something, Trump as 45 will be a single.
Lol! Gist was Covid-19 knocks down the immune system’s early defense mechanisms, might explain why so many early asymptotic cases. Higher core body temps, stimulate the areas of the immune system that the virus seems to inhibit. Saunas, hot/cold treatments like similar to the Fin’s may be beneficial.
I do write stream of conscious thoughts. In the past I was managing positions or on the phone waiting... things like that. I am managing positions again... so don't expect any consistent use of weak minded conventions. I will be writing for speed.. however it comes out. feel free to put me on ignore if you need conventions like grammar ( I do wish my typing came out on the first draft better. ) or consistent application of proper capitalization.
Canada is dealing with the virus far better then the US. There is no debate the hard numbers are there plus we aren't nearly in as much of a related emotional mess as the US is right now. We reacted quicker, leaned on our medical expertise not politics, and the populace was quicker to get in line and support the measures taken. On a speculative nature, I believe our universal health care system may have been extremely helpful as well contributing to our lower death numbers. That in addition to our life expectancy being 3 years higher in Canada suggests one major area that needs improvement in the US. The virus doesn't care what your income is or what insurance policy you bought.
how are you measuring the superior outcome in Canada... do you know how many were exposed. is you population younger or healthier? is part of the problem with our numbers that we took in a lot of immigrants who had pre existing conditions. I don't doubt what you say... I would like to understand it with more confidence.
Sure, lack of ghettos in Canada shows... And the superiority of the health system translates into 50+ thousand Canadians crossing the border for nefarious American medical care.
As Amun Ra pointed out, Nigeria's numbers on Covid are better than Canada. I guess Nigeria beats Canada in policy? The guy is an idiot. Always has been.
Two things I believe if you want to have a strong immune response, 1. Don't eat foods that cause inflammation (excess carbs/sugar etc.) and that Swedish sauna theory (hot/cold plunging) works as described to prevent the immune system being overwhelmed. A big headache of where I generally live these days is the near perfectly comfortable warm temperature range. The closest thing in the States would be San Diego. People here get colds easily though if they encounter aircon or go to higher elevation. Saunas a very common in buildings as the benefits of this is understood by the older generation at least. Dinner time. Glad no vile fish.
