Perhaps the worldwide governments should allow legally only authorised holy books that are printed with 'official comments' provided by committee of scholars. These 'official comments' would be focused on only the controversial verses that could be unfairly/ wrongly/ irrationally interpreted, leading to extreme actions. Therefore, moderate believers can rely on the 'official comments' added in authorised holy books to counteract extremists' interpretations. Never too late!!! LOL
