The entire DNA of every living organism is contained in the Oort Cloud.

Oort Cloud Theory is consistent with Creationist Science and Evolution.

The cloud is so old that it was larger than the known universe now just 12 light years away and whenever conditions exist to support life this cloud makes it so.

The DNA of every cure is also contained in it as well.
