I would appreaciate any suggestions on books for daytrading. The ones that made real difference in your trading. I would like to read up on intraday candlesticks siganls, tech indicators, support and resistance, ect. Thanks in advance.

  2. I, too, have been looking for some good starting out books. I have poured over the Book Reviews on the et/bo page and the list is good but I am not sure whats a good order to read them in and it also seems the list is a little limiting. I noticed that it didn't include some other books mentioned in the piles and piles of threads. I have been searching through this Forum for a good list. I saw Marketsurfers, but I am not sure if they are for beginners. If anyone has good books that they would recommending starting out, it would be appreciated.

  3. There's two books that I would suggest for starting out with.

    1. Trader Vic, methods of a wall street master - Victor Sperandeo
"Work" through this book, with special attention on the last part of the book.

    2. Charting the stock market the Wyckoff method -Jack K. Hutson.
    Again, work through the book.

These will give you a good foundation.

  5. Point & Figure Charting by Thomas Dorsey and
Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carol
